Toni Piazza
Owner
Highland Delivery Service
Highland is more than a delivery company. It is a team of people who work hard, support one another, and share the responsibility of serving our communities with care. Every person who joins us contributes to the company we are building and to the experience we provide each day.
As an owner, I want our associates to know that they are seen, that their well-being matters, and that their voices are welcome. I believe leadership means being available, listening with an open mind, and taking action when support is needed. Even though I may not experience every challenge alongside you on the road, I want you to feel comfortable reaching out and knowing that your concerns will be taken seriously.
Safety is the foundation of every decision we make. We believe that taking the time to protect our people, our customers, and our communities is always the right choice. Our work requires commitment and responsibility, but no delivery is more important than ensuring that everyone returns home safely.
My hope is that Highland will be a place where people can find opportunity, develop their abilities, and take genuine pride in what they accomplish. If you choose to join us, I hope you will see Highland not simply as a place to work, but as a company where your effort, growth, and contribution truly matter.

Mark Piazza
Owner
Highland Delivery Service
The most important part of Highland has always been the people who carry its responsibilities every day. Delivery work demands discipline, resilience, and commitment—often in ways that people outside the job may never fully see.
That is why I make it a priority to listen to our drivers and understand what they are experiencing. Good leadership cannot exist at a distance. When a day becomes difficult, plans change, or unexpected challenges arise, my responsibility is not simply to expect results. It is to remain involved, help remove obstacles, and make sure our people never feel that they have been left to manage those challenges alone.
I believe that responsibility means taking care of the people who count on you. I believe in high standards, accountability, and hard work, but I also believe that respect must always go both ways. When someone gives their time, effort, and commitment to this company, we owe them honesty, support, and leadership that remains present when it matters most.
If you choose to join Highland, you will be expected to take your work seriously and you can expect us to take you seriously.
Your experience matters. Your perspective matters. When you speak, we want to understand.
We may not be able to make every day easy, but we can face every challenge together, continue improving, and make certain that no one has to carry the weight alone.
